High performance programmes in or around Glasgow

In addition to first-rate training provided by Glasgow’s leading clubs, high performance programmes provide additional opportunities for talented athletes to further develop their performance. Scottish Institute of Sport athletes receive one squad session per week that is supplemented by an individual skill development coaching session, alongside regular supervised Strength & Conditioning sessions. Athletes not eligible for the Scottish Institute of Sport or playing at the required standard may still able to attend the West of Scotland development squad training.

For further information on performance programmes, please contact Scottish Hockey.
